How long will I experience pain after an ovarian cyst rupture?

Well, I have actually had this happen before, but I don’t remember the pain being this intense!! Does anyone know the symptoms of ruptured ovarian cyst?

At first I thought it was just cause I was getting older(will be 30 this year), so I cut down on fatty foods, and increased my daily workouts, including running for my cardio. The rest of my body is slimming down, but my stomache keeps getting bigger. I ruled out pregnancy, and for the past few weeks, I have had severe pains in my stomche. I went to my Dr. and she basically told me I was getting fat, and prescribed me Pepcid for the pain. Tuesday night the pain in my lower right abdomen was so severe I went to ER, thinking it might be appendicitis. After a pelvic exam and an external and internal ultrasound, they diagnosed it as a ruptured cyst on my ovary.I was given vicodin and sent home. I wake upin the mornings and feel fine, but after eating even a few bites of anything, I swell up and look like I’m 5 months pregnant and my stomache is tender to touch. Is this normal, or does it sound like something else?

Can exercise rupture an ovarian cyst?
