I had an ovarian cysts rupture, should I go to ER?

I have had this happen twice before and besides a lot of pain, I had no other reactions, I went to the doctor and they did an ultrasound, confirmed it and sent me on my way. But this time The next day I came down with a fever, body aches and I threw up once. 12 hours later I feel fine, but I’m still worried. I don’t want to go if nothing more will happen, only if this is life threatening.
I called my Local hospital nurses station, and was told to go see my pcp within two days. I will wait, I wouldn’t want to sit in the ER on a friday night!! I would be there all night!
