Ovarian Cyst Ruptured?

I’ve been diagnosed with a ruptured ovarian cyst, it happened this tuesday 8/26. I got rushed to the doctor and at they time he thought it was appendicitis, but the CT scan showed other wise. I’m wondering how long it will be until the pain subsides. He’s given me some Tramadol, which helps, but I’m feeling rather groggy haven taken it for 4 days. When I wake up in the morning, I’m still in lots of pain. My doc says if I’m not any better by Tuesday, I should go back in, but I’m wondering if it will really last that long?

I’m 24, and normally in very good health, so this has come as quite a shock. Any help or advice would really be appreciated.
I just wondering if anyone has experience anything similar and could give any sort of idea for how long this will last?
